CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Blanqco is a corporate gifting and customised merchandise company operating primarily on a made-to-order and bulk production model. All products are produced specifically as per client requirements.

By placing an order with Blanqco, you agree to the following policy.

  1. No Refunds

Blanqco does not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

All payments made towards customised, branded, bulk, or festival gifting orders are final.

  1. No Exchanges

Blanqco does not offer exchanges on any customised or bulk corporate orders.

This includes but is not limited to:
• Printed merchandise
• Engraved or embossed products
• Embroidered apparel
• Custom packaging
• Onboarding kits
• Founder kits
• Employee welcome kits
• Festival gifting hampers
• Multi-location bulk shipments

Once production, branding, or procurement has begun, the order is final and non-modifiable.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before procurement or production begins and solely at the discretion of Blanqco.

Once sourcing, branding, or manufacturing has started, cancellation is not permitted.

Festival gifting and seasonal bulk orders cannot be cancelled once vendor procurement has been initiated.

  1. Design & Approval Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, mockups, branding details, quantities, and shipping information before production.

Once approved, Blanqco is not responsible for:
• Spelling errors
• Logo placement issues
• Colour selection decisions
• Quantity confirmations

Approved artwork is treated as final authorisation for production.

  1. Production Variations

Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, alignment, packaging material, or product dimensions may occur due to manufacturing processes and sourcing conditions. These do not qualify for cancellation, exchange, or refund.

  1. Damaged Shipments

If products are damaged during transit, the client must notify Blanqco within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

Any resolution will be provided strictly at the discretion of Blanqco. Monetary refunds will not be issued.

  1. Non Acceptable Claims

Blanqco will not entertain claims related to:
• Change of mind
• Delayed courier deliveries
• Minor aesthetic variations
• Incorrect addresses shared by the client
• Delays caused by external or force majeure events
