SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Blanqco operates on a customised, made-to-order production model for corporate and festival gifting. Each order is processed specifically as per client-approved specifications. The following policy governs production, dispatch, and delivery.
Production & Order Processing
1.1 Production commences only after:
• Receipt of agreed advance payment
• Written approval of final artwork, quantities, and specifications
1.2 As all products are customised, production timelines vary depending on:
• Order volume
• Type of products selected
• Branding and packaging complexity
• Sourcing requirements
• Seasonal demand conditions
1.3 Certain orders may be completed within a shorter turnaround window, while larger or highly customised projects may require an extended production schedule.
1.4 Timelines are communicated at the time of confirmation based on project scope. These timelines are estimates and not contractual guarantees.
1.5 Any delay in artwork approval, payment confirmation, address submission, or scope changes will result in a revised production timeline.
Quality & Finishing Standards
2.1 All orders undergo internal quality review prior to dispatch.
2.2 Due to the nature of bulk manufacturing and customised branding, minor variations in colour tone, print alignment, texture, finish, or packaging material may occur. Such variations are inherent to the production process and do not constitute defects.
Dispatch Policy
3.1 Orders are dispatched only after full payment clearance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Blanqco engages third-party logistics partners for shipping and delivery.
3.3 Tracking details will be shared where available upon dispatch.
Delivery & Transit
4.1 Delivery timelines depend on destination, shipment size, and logistics partner operations.
4.2 Once the order is handed over to the shipping partner, Blanqco is not responsible for transit delays.
4.3 Delays caused by external factors including weather conditions, transport disruptions, regulatory restrictions, or peak festive congestion are beyond Blanqco’s control.
4.4 Estimated delivery timelines are indicative in nature and subject to logistical conditions.
Multi-Location & Bulk Shipments
5.1 For shipments to multiple addresses, clients must provide verified and complete delivery details in the prescribed format.
5.2 Blanqco shall not be liable for delivery failures arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
5.3 Any additional costs incurred due to re-dispatch or address corrections will be borne by the client.
Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client once the shipment is handed over to the logistics partner.
This version does three powerful things:
• It positions Blanqco as structured and process-driven
• It avoids locking you into specific timelines
• It clearly protects you from logistics and production disputes
It reads like a company that handles serious corporate volumes.
