Blanqco provides corporate gifting solutions including:

• Founder kits
• Employee welcome kits
• Customised merchandise
• Promotional products
• Bulk corporate gifting
• Festival gifting hampers

Our services are primarily business-to-business (B2B) and involve customised production and bulk procurement.

  1. Use of Website

2.1 You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

2.2 You shall not misuse, copy, reproduce, or exploit any website content without written permission.

2.3 All content, designs, logos, images, and brand elements on this website belong to Blanqco unless otherwise stated.

  1. Enquiries & Order Confirmation

3.1 All enquiries submitted via website, email, WhatsApp, or social media are non-binding.

3.2 A quotation provided by Blanqco does not confirm an order.

3.3 Orders are confirmed only after:
• Written approval of quotation
• Advance payment as agreed

3.4 Quotations are valid for a limited period (typically 7–14 days unless otherwise specified).

3.5 Pricing may vary based on quantity, customization, raw material cost, availability, and delivery location.

  1. Customisation & Design Approval

4.1 Most Blanqco products are customised as per client branding requirements.

4.2 Clients are responsible for providing accurate logos, artwork, brand guidelines, spellings, and address lists.

4.3 Digital mockups will be shared for approval where applicable.

4.4 Once artwork or mockup is approved and branding is executed, the order is final and cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

4.5 Blanqco is not responsible for errors in client-approved designs.

4.6 Minor variations in colour, size, texture, finish, printing alignment, or packaging may occur due to production processes and material availability.

  1. Festival Gifting

5.1 Festival gifting orders are seasonal and time-sensitive. Early confirmation is recommended.

5.2 Availability of specific items (including sweets, dry fruits, imported goods, specialty packaging, or limited-edition products) depends on supplier stock.

5.3 If an item becomes unavailable, Blanqco reserves the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal value after informing the client.

5.4 Delivery timelines during peak festive seasons may be affected due to high logistics demand.

5.5 Edible items carry manufacturer-defined expiry dates. Proper storage after delivery is the client’s responsibility.

5.6 Blanqco is not responsible for quality changes in edible products after delivery.

  1. Pricing & Payments

6.1 All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.

6.2 An advance payment is required before procurement or production begins.

6.3 The balance amount must be paid before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.4 Blanqco reserves the right to pause production or dispatch in case of delayed payments.

6.5 Prices may change during peak seasons due to vendor or raw material cost fluctuations.

  1. Production & Delivery

7.1 Production timelines begin only after receipt of advance payment and final design approval.

7.2 Timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed delivery commitments.

7.3 Blanqco is not liable for delays caused by:
• Vendor delays
• Logistics or courier issues
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.)

7.4 Once the order is dispatched, Blanqco is not responsible for courier delays.

7.5 For bulk or multi-location shipments, clients must provide accurate delivery details. Blanqco is not liable for incorrect address submissions.

  1. Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds

8.1 Orders cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has started.

8.2 All customised and branded products are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable once branding has been completed.

8.3 Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
• Customised merchandise
• Branded kits
• Festival gifting hampers
• Bulk corporate orders

8.4 Any manufacturing defect or transit damage must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

8.5 If verified as a genuine production defect attributable to Blanqco, a replacement or appropriate resolution may be offered at our discretion. Refunds are generally not applicable for customised orders.

  1. Intellectual Property

9.1 Clients confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or branding materials shared with Blanqco.

9.2 Blanqco is not responsible for any trademark or copyright infringement arising from client-provided materials.

9.3 Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Blanqco reserves the right to showcase completed projects for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes.

  1. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Blanqco’s total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order.

10.2 Blanqco shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, reputation, or profits.

  1. Privacy & Communication

11.1 Information submitted through enquiry forms is used strictly for communication, coordination, quotations, and order processing.

11.2 By submitting an enquiry, you consent to being contacted by Blanqco via phone, email, or messaging platforms regarding your request.

11.3 Blanqco does not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka
